Brief: Create a brand around a newly built development. Immediate advertising required for on and around the site. We also produced a development brochure and a micro website to support the sales. This particular site was based in Sidcup Kent and contained 14 Shared Ownership homes. onimpact produced floor plans, brochures, copy, external signage and e-shots to support this development.
