Brief: Showcase 8 new homes available for shared ownership. Create a development brochure, photograph the showrooms internal features, create body copy and look to promote the scheme through external advertising and local press. We produced external banners that were attached to the development and seen from the local train station. We also advertised using half page adverts in the local press for 1 month. The scheme sold all 8 in the first two weeks!
